What the equipment does

Move from grain to finished beer with fewer dedicated vessels.

A complete BIAC® Brewing System brings the Mash Colander®, 5-in-1 Fermentor, pump, controls, and core brewing hardware together. During the brew, the Mash Colander sits inside the fermentor for mashing and lautering. Once it is raised and removed, the wort boils in the same vessel.

After chilling, that vessel remains in place for fermentation and can continue through conditioning, carbonation, and serving. Adding compatible fermentors lets a brewery increase cellar capacity while continuing to use the same Mash Colander and brewing hardware.
