Home + pilot brewing systems

Brew seriously. Learn quickly. Grow when you are ready.

BREWHA BIAC® systems give home brewers and pilot teams a compact, repeatable all-grain process—from first trials to recipes worth scaling.

Choose for the work ahead

Built for serious homebrewing and useful pilot work.

Whether you are refining your own beer or testing recipes before a larger release, the right system should make the process repeatable without taking over your space or adding unnecessary handling.

For home brewers

Make better beer without building a utility room.

Move beyond scattered vessels and learn a professional-style process on a compact electric system.

  • Choose a batch size you will genuinely use.
  • Keep cleaning, storage and setup manageable.
  • Control temperature for more consistent results.

For pilot brewers

Test ideas at a scale that can inform the next one.

Run repeatable trials, evaluate new ingredients and develop recipes using a workflow that carries through the BIAC range.

  • Repeat a process with clear controls.
  • Develop recipes without occupying production assets.
  • Scale carefully with the same basic workflow.

What matters most

Five practical questions before you choose.

01

Fits your space

Check the footprint, height, storage and lifting plan before you choose a batch size.

02

Matches your batch

Buy for the amount you can brew, ferment, package and enjoy or evaluate regularly.

03

Gives you control

Repeatable temperature and process control help turn each batch into a useful learning cycle.

04

Keeps the work simpler

Fewer core transfers can mean less handling and fewer equipment paths to clean.

05

Leaves room to grow

Choose a process you can continue using as your recipes, capacity and ambitions develop.

The BIAC approach

Keep more of the batch in one vessel.

A removable Mash Colander handles the mash. After it is lifted out, the same temperature-controlled conical vessel carries the batch through boiling, chilling and fermentation—with conditioning, carbonation and serving available on appropriate configurations.

2

Boil

3

Ferment

Cool the wort and ferment without a core transfer.

4

Condition

Use temperature and pressure control where configured.

5

Serve

Some configurations can serve finished beer directly.

Choose your scale

Start with the batch size and utility fit.

BREWHA’s home and pilot systems cover compact 5, 10 and 15 US gallon classes. Review the exact batch range, electrical requirements, dimensions and configuration before ordering.

Final equipment requirements depend on your recipe, utilities, ceiling height, water and cooling conditions, local code, and the exact system configuration. Confirm those details with BREWHA before purchase.

A practical next step

Choose a system around your next batch—not just a specification sheet.

Compare the current home and pilot systems, then use the specifications to confirm the setup that fits your brewing goals and space.
