Produce beer and spirits
Configure the BIAC platform for brewing, wash production, or distilling as your licensed production schedule requires.
BREWHA Distillery Equipment
Prepare wash, ferment, and distill with a compact electric system available from pilot scale to commercial production.
Beyond beer
BREWHA brings wash preparation, fermentation, electric heating, and distillation into a modular stainless-steel equipment platform. Choose the configuration that fits the raw materials you use today, then expand production by adding compatible vessels and hardware.
Configure the BIAC platform for brewing, wash production, or distilling as your licensed production schedule requires.
Keep more process functions in the heated conical vessel and reduce the number of dedicated tanks competing for floor space.
Start at pilot scale or select a commercial vessel, then add fermentors and compatible distilling hardware as demand develops.

Choose the right starting point
The important question is whether your operation needs to mash and separate grain. This distinction helps prevent buying too little equipment—or paying for equipment your process does not require.
For grain-based wash + beer
Select a full BIAC brewery system when you need the removable Mash Colander® to produce all-grain beer wash—or when beer and spirits will share the same core platform.
For sugar, extract, or fruit wash
Choose the streamlined liquor system when the wash does not require all-grain mashing or lautering. It removes the Mash Colander®, pump, and beer-specific accessories from the package.
How the process fits together
The BIAC vessel provides controlled electric heat. Alcohol-rich vapor travels through the distillation assembly, is cooled in the condenser, and is collected for evaluation and finishing under your approved procedures.
Mash grain in a full BIAC system, or formulate a sugar, extract, or fruit-based wash.
Manage yeast, time, and temperature carefully—the quality of the wash influences the finished spirit.
Remove settled yeast as appropriate and inspect, clean, and configure the vessel and heating components.
Use controlled electric heat to create vapor, then cool it through the condenser for collection.
Make production decisions and complete proofing, aging, blending, or packaging under licensed procedures.

Final configuration and price depend on vessel size, electrical standard, controls, and selected accessories.
Production volume is typically less than gross vessel volume. Confirm the appropriate working volume and configuration with BREWHA before ordering.
A platform with range
BREWHA systems can support product development, a dedicated distillery, or a licensed brewery-distillery operation.
Develop recipes, evaluate raw materials, train staff, and refine procedures before scaling production.
Use a complete BIAC brewing configuration when mashing and separating grain are part of wash production.
Choose a simplified package when the raw material does not require the Mash Colander®.
Plan beer and spirits production around one flexible platform where local approvals and scheduling allow it.
Customer story · Sugar Hill, Georgia
Sugar Hill Distillery and Apparition Brewing built a dual-permitted operation around a 5 BBL BIAC system and additional fermentors. Their team schedules the shared equipment for beer or distilling production and serves both European-style beer and distilled spirits from one venue.
“The BREWHA system allows me to do both brewing and distilling.”
This is one operator’s experience under its local approvals. Shared-space, shared-equipment, and production rules vary by jurisdiction.

A complete BIAC Brewing System can be configured for beer production and fitted with compatible distilling hardware. Whether the same equipment and space may be used for both depends on your licenses, approvals, operating procedures, and production schedule.
Choose a complete BIAC Brewing System when your process requires mashing and separating grain. Its Mash Colander® handles the all-grain stage; compatible condenser and distilling hardware are added for distillation.
It is designed for wash made from sugar, extract, fruit, or another base that does not require all-grain mashing and lautering. The package omits the Mash Colander®, pump, and certain beer-specific accessories.
BREWHA lists pilot and commercial vessel sizes from 30 L / 8 US gal through 2,200 L / 595 US gal gross volume. Working or production volume is normally lower, so confirm sizing against your recipe, headspace, and process requirements.
Yes. The modular platform can be expanded with additional compatible fermentors and distilling hardware. BREWHA can help map the shared equipment, bottlenecks, utilities, and production schedule before you purchase.
Licensing and site requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirm all applicable alcohol-production, bonded-premises, fire, building, ventilation, electrical, drainage, safety, labeling, and operating requirements with the appropriate authorities and qualified professionals.
