What custom stainless steel equipment can BREWHA help source?

What tank sizes are available?
Custom projects can range from small pilot vessels to large production tanks. The correct gross volume depends on working volume, headspace, process behavior, internal components and operating conditions rather than capacity alone.
Do I need a finished engineering drawing?
No. BREWHA can begin with a process description and preliminary requirements. Existing drawings, process diagrams and equipment specifications make the initial review more accurate and should be shared when available.
Can you provide pressure-rated or vacuum vessels?
Pressure or vacuum service must be identified at the beginning of the project along with the required design conditions, code, certification, inspection and documentation. Availability is confirmed against the complete project specification.
Which stainless steel grade and finish should I specify?
The appropriate alloy, surface finish, weld treatment and sanitary standard depend on the product chemistry, cleaning method, temperature, corrosion risk and regulatory requirements. Confirm these requirements with your process engineer or qualified advisor.
What information is needed for a custom tank quote?
Provide the product, working and gross volume, temperature, pressure or vacuum, heating or cooling, agitation, fittings, material and finish, applicable codes, quantity, delivery location and schedule. Include drawings or process documents when available.
