BREWHA Production Brewery

Commercial brewery planning

Plan your brewery. Get an equipment recommendation.

Tell BREWHA what you want to produce, where the equipment needs to fit and how you expect to grow. We will help identify a practical BIAC® system size, fermentor count and supporting-equipment path.

A brewery quote should begin with the business

Choose equipment around production, building and sales—not batch size alone.

A useful commercial brewery equipment proposal connects expected beer sales with brew frequency, fermentation time, floor space, ceiling clearance, utilities, serving or packaging plans and the capital available for launch.

BREWHA’s patented BIAC system combines mashing, boiling, fermentation, conditioning and serving functions around a compact electric platform. One removable Mash Colander® can be used with multiple compatible 5-in-1 Fermentors, supporting staged production growth without duplicating the entire brewing core.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Share what is known, flag what is uncertain and we will help identify the decisions that should come next.

1

Share the project

Tell us about your production target, location, available space, utilities, timeline, sales model and budget priorities.

2

Review the constraints

BREWHA reviews the information, identifies important unknowns and compares practical system and fermentor configurations.

3

Refine the recommendation

We follow up with recommended next steps and pricing appropriate to the available information. Complex projects may require further discussion.

We normally respond within two business days. Final requirements depend on the exact configuration, building, utilities, local code and qualified-trade review.

Common questions

Brewery equipment quote FAQ

Do I need to know my exact system size before requesting a quote?

No. Share your intended annual production, brewing schedule, fermentation cycle, available space and ceiling height. BREWHA can help compare practical starting sizes. You can also begin with the brewery system size calculator.

What is included in a brewery equipment recommendation?

The recommendation can address the BIAC system size, initial fermentor count, compatible supporting equipment and key installation considerations based on the information supplied. Final scope and pricing depend on project requirements, freight, options and current availability.

Does a BIAC system include everything required to open a brewery?

The BIAC system is the production core, not the entire facility. A complete project may also require chilling, water treatment, drainage, steam management, lifting equipment, cleaning equipment, storage, serving or packaging equipment and building improvements.

Can I expand a BREWHA brewery later?

Compatible 5-in-1 Fermentors can be added as demand develops while continuing to use the shared Mash Colander and other brewing components. Practical expansion also depends on cooling, utilities, labor, packaging, storage and sales.

Is the quote an engineering or building-approval document?

No. Equipment guidance and pricing do not replace architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire, food-safety or code review. Confirm final requirements with BREWHA, qualified local professionals and the relevant authorities before ordering or building.
