Pilot + startup
Prove the beer and the market.
Develop recipes, open with a focused menu, and protect capital while demand is still being established.
Commercial brewing systems · 1.5–15 BBL
BREWHA BIAC® systems combine mashing, boiling, fermentation, conditioning, and serving functions in a compact electric platform for pilot breweries, taprooms, brewpubs, and production breweries.
Built around the business
Start with the operating model, expected sales, production schedule, building, and utilities. BREWHA’s commercial BIAC® range gives pilot breweries, taprooms, brewpubs, microbreweries, and distribution-focused producers a compact path from 1.5 to 15 BBL.
Pilot + startup
Develop recipes, open with a focused menu, and protect capital while demand is still being established.
Taproom
Produce rotating beer close to the customer and build the equipment plan around direct sales.
Brewpub
Preserve space for guests, service, food preparation, storage, and the rest of the venue.
Production brewery
Match batch size and fermentation capacity to packaging, distribution, staffing, and sell-through.
Clear commercial benefits
The patented BIAC approach combines core brewing and cellar functions around a removable Mash Colander® and a jacketed, insulated 5-in-1 Fermentor.
Combine core brewing and cellar stages around one integrated vessel platform.
Reduce vessel duplication and preserve room for guests, storage, packaging, or growth.
Keep more of the batch in the 5-in-1 Fermentor through the selected downstream stages.
Use electric heat, jacketing, insulation, pressure capability, and compatible controls.
Add compatible fermentation capacity as sales and the beer menu develop.
The BIAC process
Mash inside the removable Colander, lift it to separate the wort, then continue the selected downstream stages in the jacketed conical vessel below.
Mash grain inside the removable Mash Colander.
Lift out the grain and boil wort in the vessel below.
Cool and ferment without a core vessel transfer.
Use temperature and pressure control where configured.
Condition, carbonate, or serve from compatible setups.

Modular growth
A complete BIAC system begins with the shared brewing components and a 5-in-1 Fermentor. Compatible additional fermentors can let the shared Mash Colander, pump, and controller begin another batch while earlier batches continue through fermentation and conditioning.
