• adding a layer of permanent insulation (lower energy use, more stable temperature, and lower cold temperature)
• adding dimple jacketing to the water jacket for more efficient heat transfer
• adding second 6" lid port for easier boil hop addition
• adding an additional port at maximum batch level for rapid knock down of wort after boil (can chill about 1BBL/5minutes from boil to room temperature)
