Brewery capacity can be easily expanded by adding additional 4-in-1 conical fermentors from this page. Each additional BREWHA fermenter can be directly brewed in when used with the mashing and heating hardware purchased with a BIAC brewing system, saving time, space and ensuring perfect sanitation for best results.

Electrical touchscreen power controllers are third-party inspected and certified for safety by CSA or ETL/Intertek under Canada's SPE1000 (recognized by most jurisdictions throughout Canada and the US but final approval rests with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction/AHJ; confirm with local authority before purchase).

The false bottom in the BREWHA Microbrewery system is made of wedge wire (inverted triangular wire that allows grain particles that do manage to get through the .75mm gap at the top to pass right through rather than plugging the mash screen. And the fermenter tank has a 14.9psi pressure rating (7psig in the jacket) so can also be used as brite or serving tanks.

See specifications page for tank and batch size.

    Microbrewery BIAC Brewing System

I received the Microbrewery BIAC system this past Fall 2021 and it is great. I have brewed everything from Session IPA's, Triple Hop IPA's, Porters, Saisson, Lager, Pumpkin ale and a Shandy. Easy to put together and after a few times cleaning and cleaning the reinstall is a breeze. I just bought the chiller which I git today and I am excited to put it to work. If all works out I am going to the largest system BrewHa has for a potential microbrewery on our farm. I would recommend BrewHa to all.

    Great system for grain brewing

Very impressed with the quality of the Medium BIAC system as well as the components (clamps, hoses, pump, etc) that come with the system. As a brewer at a local microbrewery, I am well in tune with cheap parts vs good quality. Everything I have purchased from BRewHa have been of solid quality. When the system arrived, it was very straightforward to assemble (I do have experience with this type of equipment). Bags of components were grouped together so you could figure out where things went. Not to mention, I did read the manual and watched most all videos before purchasing the BIAC, so The one thing I did not get was the chiller. I plan to just use water, however may still get the chiller for summer months. Just brewed my first beer in the BIAC, a Pale Ale. Used Brewsmith to create my recipe with BRewHa Mash and Equipment profiles. Kettle heats up from about 50 degrees to a target strike water of 161 in about 45 mins at 100% power. This first recipe had 22 pounds of grain into a strike volume of 13 gallons of water. I will say, I was not able to lift the colander up more than two inches due to weight and vacuum created from pulling up against the water. I ended up draining out wort using racking arm wort into two buckets, then was able to lift up colander to drain. May need a hoist for future brews. Only negative I have thus far is the racking arm needs to move freely regardless of gasket type. Hard to move with regular gasket and hard to seal with Teflon one.

    Nothing comes close!

I’ve had the Brewha for about a month now and to sum it up with one word is amazing. Buying a system that costs this much you expect a lot, and Nathan delivers. My wife bought this for me for my birthday and Nathan helped her get the exact system I needed (wanted). Shipping was fast and reasonable. The set up was daunting at first but having a simple understanding of how it works I quickly got it together. My first brew I made a few mistakes only because it was my first all grain brew. The beer still turned out fantastic and is the best beer I’ve made to date. The customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. I had a few questions and I received a reply from Nathan in 9 minutes. I don’t believe there is a product that can even come close to the Brewha. I’m proud that this is a Canadian product and would recommend Brewha to anyone that wants to make great consistent beer.

    15 gal 4in1

Love it! I’ve brewed once on this and am still learning it’s capabilities. The jacket holds a little over a gallon and is not enough for a traditional sparge. I’m adjusting recipe to either skip the sparge or use a separate heating vessel for heating sparge water.

    Awesome product!

Although I’m not fermenting in the vessel everything is a breeze with the large BIAC. One small issue is burning on the element. But other than that an awesome product!
