7 BBL Brewhouse and Fermenter

Our business is a bicycle shop with a microbrewery/taproom on the floor. Given the limited space, we needed something with a smaller footprint and found BREWHA during our research. An added bonus was the simplicity of the system as I had zero brewing experience before attending Nathan's workshop class on January 24th, 2020. The class gave me confidence in the system and we purchased two 1.5 bbl systems with the complete accessories package (100% worth it vs 'basic'). There was a minor hiccup with the first brew-day as I requested the wrong heating elements (208V vs our 240V building supply). I emailed Nathan in a panic and he got back to me within an hour. He helped me identify the issue quickly and was never accusatory even though it was completely my fault. He sent us the correct elements right-away and the second brew day went on with no issues. I have brewed 60+ times since then and there still have been zero issues with any of the equipment. Only one of those batches produced a bad beer and that was due to my inexperience in dry hopping which lead to heavy oxidation. The beer I have been able to produce has been so great and sells out so fast that we are currently looking to upgrade to two 3bbl fermenters to maximize the space we currently have.The BREWHA system is perfect for novice brewers because it is so simple both to install and to brew with. For anybody looking to open a microbrewery in a location that has limited floor space, I highly recommend this system.

Nathan was very responsive and helpful. His product works as promised. There is a learning curve,but once through, the equipment produces great beer with a small foot print.

Purchased a 1.5 bbl system to brew beer for our wine tasting room. First recipe was an hazy worked up in Beersmith. Uploaded the equipment profile provided by Brewha and the brew was spot on. Very efficient system and the cleanup was a breeze! Beer turned out great as well!We also have a distillation permit so purchased an adaptor to use our column on the Brewha system. The system ran so much smoother than our other still!FWIW, the system was delivered with absolutely everything we needed to start brewing. There was nothing missing. As a matter of fact I still have extra fittings!Customer service has been spot on and very much appreciated.Good job Brewha!

We purchased 4 - 5 BBL BIAC's as our primary brewing production equipment. Having just over 10 brews on the equipment we are loving the quality of beer we are able to produce. There are many benefits of this patented system, what I love MOST about BREWHA is not having to use caustic and other dangerous chemicals after every single brew. Not only saving money on chems but reducing the chance for a chemical accident. The smaller footprint also saves us lease money. Overall the best benefit of choosing Brewha as your equipment vendor is the customer service. Before giving my life to open a brewery, I worked in purchasing and had thousands of customer service experiences. I can tell you 100% BREWHA provides the best customer service experience I've ever experienced. If you are looking at opening a Microbrewery this is one of the most important factors when selecting a vendor in my opinion. Things are going to go wrong. FACT. Having a vendor partner like BREWHA to help you in these situations has been crucial to my business's success. Also, don't chince on the gantry. Get a good one with a good hoist. We ended up getting a walkbehind forklift as well due to our building characteristics in addition to a gantry.
