10 Gallon Brew System Specifications
The BREWHA® BIAC® All in One complete brewing system brews delicious craft beer better and more consistently than other systems on the market.
The exclusive, patented design is the only brewing system where the entire process (hlt water heatup, mashing, kettle boiling, and fermenting) occurs in the portable conical fermenter tank saving you space, time, and money. And with the boil occurring in the fermenter, you achieve perfect heat sanitation without the use of toxic chemicals, ensuring that you are drinking the freshest, best tasting beer possible.
For expanding production capacity just add additional conical fermenters with heaters. The one Mash Colander, pump and controller that are included with the systems can be used with additional fermenters on brew day.

Very impressed with the quality of the Medium BIAC system as well as the components (clamps, hoses, pump, etc) that come with the system. As a brewer at a local microbrewery, I am well in tune with cheap parts vs good quality. Everything I have purchased from BRewHa have been of solid quality. When the system arrived, it was very straightforward to assemble (I do have experience with this type of equipment). Bags of components were grouped together so you could figure out where things went. Not to mention, I did read the manual and watched most all videos before purchasing the BIAC, so The one thing I did not get was the chiller. I plan to just use water, however may still get the chiller for summer months. Just brewed my first beer in the BIAC, a Pale Ale. Used Brewsmith to create my recipe with BRewHa Mash and Equipment profiles. Kettle heats up from about 50 degrees to a target strike water of 161 in about 45 mins at 100% power. This first recipe had 22 pounds of grain into a strike volume of 13 gallons of water. I will say, I was not able to lift the colander up more than two inches due to weight and vacuum created from pulling up against the water. I ended up draining out wort using racking arm wort into two buckets, then was able to lift up colander to drain. May need a hoist for future brews. Only negative I have thus far is the racking arm needs to move freely regardless of gasket type. Hard to move with regular gasket and hard to seal with Teflon one.
I’ve had the Brewha for about a month now and to sum it up with one word is amazing. Buying a system that costs this much you expect a lot, and Nathan delivers. My wife bought this for me for my birthday and Nathan helped her get the exact system I needed (wanted). Shipping was fast and reasonable. The set up was daunting at first but having a simple understanding of how it works I quickly got it together. My first brew I made a few mistakes only because it was my first all grain brew. The beer still turned out fantastic and is the best beer I’ve made to date. The customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. I had a few questions and I received a reply from Nathan in 9 minutes. I don’t believe there is a product that can even come close to the Brewha. I’m proud that this is a Canadian product and would recommend Brewha to anyone that wants to make great consistent beer.
Quality equipment that greatly reduces time spent cleaning & sanitizing while virtually eliminating contamination risk. We've brewed 7 batches on the system and we're still amazed each time at how much easier and more enjoyable brewing on this system is. We've made some seriously great beer and have confidence in being able to replicate any batch. I wouldn't want to brew any other way.
I purchased the medium BIAC in March of 2014 and have been using it ever since. This system is great in every aspect - compact, quality, ease of brewing, and can be used in many different configurations. One of the best things about the BIAC is the lack of cleaning required. On brew day, you fill it up with water, mash, boil, and chill. The only piece of equipment that needs to be cleaned during brew day is your mash colander, and it's as simple as giving it a quick spray and scrub, about 5 minutes in total. The jacket is a nice feature for two reasons: 1) you don't have to clean/setup a chiller on brew day (saving you time and aggravation) 2) you can hook up a heating/cooling source to control fermentation temps. I've been running a glycol chiller to cool the wort during fermentation, and in the winter I turn the chilling function of the chiller off and run an aquarium heater to bring the temps up a bit. On kegging day, transferring to kegs is a breeze, and cleanup is quick. It's really nice not having to move equipment around. In the end, there's nothing I haven't been able to do with the BIAC. It's a quality piece of equipment that can be adjusted to suit any brewers style. Also, the customer service I've received has been outstanding!
I don't have the current "Medium Model" however I have the first generation BIAC and it's an excellent piece of equipment. Brewing with it is quick and easy, going electric was the best thing I ever done and since I was fairly new alto brewing and didn't already have a 3 vessel setup the BIAC was a no brainer. Efficiency is awesome, sometimes getting as high as 85% with the norm being 80%. Sanitation of your fermenter is done because you just boiled in it, and chilling with the jacket makes for quick chill times, 10 gallon batches have chilled in 40 mins to pitching temps with 50F municipal water. I'd recommend the BIAC to anyone looking for the next step into all-grain and anyone looking for the new standard in home brewing equipment!
