Conical Fermenter

These high-quality, stainless steel, jacketed, unitank, conical fermenters with completely removable lids are excellent fermenters for any fermentation or brewing application. They include heater ports in the cone for the optional easy addition of water heaters if one wants to heat right inside their tank. And the completely removable lid makes inside access very easy for cleaning or installing hardware (like filter baskets) or removing large items, like SCOBY.

Whether your brewing is for making a beer recipe, hard seltzer recipe, kombucha recipe or you are making wine, this fermenter kit will help ensure your new brew batch is the best ever. These stainless fermenter kits include a water jacket for temperature regulation, polyurethane insulation, an additional port to facilitate rapid cool down of wort (when used with the BREWHA Plate Chiller), two 6" lid ports for easy addition of yeast starter into the fermenter or boil hops when a steam condenser is attached, ports for adding electric water heater elements, and a removable lid. Once the beer, hard seltzer or wine fermentation is completed, the yeast can be removed out the bottom valve, and your beverage transferred to kegs. Or, CO₂ and beer lines can be connected from your brew fermenter directly to your beer chiller dispenser and you will be serving the freshest, tastiest beer or hard seltzer or wine on the planet, direct from the fermenter it was made in!

With a completely removable lid, these stainless steel brewing fermenters have easiest access of any stainless steel fermenter to the inside of the brew tank. This is helpful for cleaning, lowering a filter kit (such as our Mash Colander) into the brew tank, or for removing SCOBY (bacteria and yeast culture) in kombucha production after fermentation. As the lid kit on the larger tanks is heavy, an overhead hoist kit can be helpful; we sell the Kito Harrington brand electric chain hoist kits. 

These fermenter brew equipment kits include valves, fittings and stainless steel casters (except 15BBL which is on footpads). Stainless electric water heater kits and temperature control kits are not included with these stainless tank kits, but are included with the BIAC 5-in-1 stainless conical unitank fermenter kits with heaters.

Smaller fermenters can be used for making a yeast starter for beer, making hard seltzer or wine or making a komucha recipe starter. The 5-in-1 fermenters are insulated and come with more ports than the 4-in-1 fermenters but are otherwise made with the same high quality.
