Complete 10USG (40L) and 15USG (60L) All-in-One homebrewing system with conical fermenter.
The amazing BREWHA® BIAC® brewing system uses a novel brewing method that makes brewing simpler, more enjoyable, and easier to do while still providing full control. Boiling, chilling, and fermenting occurs right in the revolutionary 3-in-1 fermenter and the Mash Colander is inserted during mashing to hold the grain. The exclusive, patented design is the only brewing system where the entire process (mashing, boiling and fermenting) occurs directly in the conical fermenter saving space, time, and money while ensuring perfect, chemical-free sanitation and best tasting results.
The BREWHA system comes with highest-quality parts and controllers. The packages includes all the equipment needed to brew all-grain craft beer (a Mash Colander to hold the grain, 3-in-1 fermenter, pump, valves, fittings and temperature controller) with the precision of a commercial brewery giving you perfect consistency and highest quality results.
The Homebrewery 'HB' brewing system is perfect for those bottling or kegging their beer. It comes with a 3-in-1 fermenter that has a lower pressure rating (3psi) than the Microbrewery 'MB' 4-in-1 fermenter (14.9psi), and the HB Mash Colander has a perforated false bottom vs wedge wire false bottom in the MB Mash Colander. I purchased the 10 gallon 3 in 1 system and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My primary aim was to reduce the amount of lifting I had to do through the brew due to hip replacements. I also installed an electric hoist with poor-man's gantry to lift the grain basket and move to wheelbarrow for dumping. This system, along with a better water chemistry analysis (I use well water) has allowed me to make two amazing brews with spot on gravity readings throughout the brew. I have an Oktoberfest Marzen fermenting with the chiller unit going right now in preparation of kegging and serving later this fall.
Quality of this system seems top notch (haven't used it yet but the quality is obvious).I have never home brewed so for me the instructions seemed impossible to follow.I have not received my chiller yet due to supply chain issues - not BIAC's problem really, but I have a $5k system that I still can't use (3) months after ordering it so it's worth mentioning!
Hi Paul, we are sorry we haven't been able to get your chiller to you yet. Due to Covid manufacturer supply constraints, what is normally a 3 month lead from our supplier (has been for years) suddenly spiked to 9 months, and our inventory system did not anticipate that. As mentioned to you, they are on their way to us and we will ship them same day to you. We were able to quickly adapt on most items and hopefully this doesn't happen again.

It’s been over a month since I have ordered my BIAC Small Homebrew and I still have not received it. The delivery has been just awful.
Hi Tyler, I'm sorry your Small BIAC brewing system is taking so long to reach you. We packed your order and had it scheduled for pickup within 24 hours of you placing it and it was on its way within 72 hours. Roadrunner Freight has informed us that due to Covid related delays freight is moving across the continent more slowly than before. I wish there was more we could do to speed that up. Pre-Covid the 3000 mile journey would normally take just 1-2 weeks. I will resend you a copy of the tracking showing that your order is now in your area so hopefully within a day or two you will have it.
Awesome!!!! Amazing how complete the system was. Like Brewha thought of absolutely everything in our kit. First brew is bottled and waiting for sampling.
