15USG Gallon 60L Large BIAC Complete All-in-One Home brewing System.
Specifications:
The amazing BREWHA® BIAC® brewing system uses a novel brewing method that makes brewing simpler, more enjoyable, and easier to do while still providing full control. Boiling, chilling, and fermenting occurs right in the revolutionary 3-in-1 fermenter and the Mash Colander is inserted during mashing to hold the grain.
The packages includes all the equipment needed to brew all-grain craft beer (a Mash Colander to hold the grain, 3-in-1 fermenter, pump, valves, fittings and temperature controller) with the precision of a commercial brewery giving you perfect consistency and highest quality results.
This Homebrewery system is ideal for those wanting to keg or bottle their beer. The HB 3-in-1 fermenter has a lower pressure rating (3psi) than the Microbrewery 'MB' 4-in-1 fermenter (14.9psi), and the HB Mash Colander has a perforated false bottom vs wedge wire false bottom in the MB Mash Colander. I purchased the 10 gallon 3 in 1 system and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My primary aim was to reduce the amount of lifting I had to do through the brew due to hip replacements. I also installed an electric hoist with poor-man's gantry to lift the grain basket and move to wheelbarrow for dumping. This system, along with a better water chemistry analysis (I use well water) has allowed me to make two amazing brews with spot on gravity readings throughout the brew. I have an Oktoberfest Marzen fermenting with the chiller unit going right now in preparation of kegging and serving later this fall.
Quality of this system seems top notch (haven't used it yet but the quality is obvious).I have never home brewed so for me the instructions seemed impossible to follow.I have not received my chiller yet due to supply chain issues - not BIAC's problem really, but I have a $5k system that I still can't use (3) months after ordering it so it's worth mentioning!
It’s been over a month since I have ordered my BIAC Small Homebrew and I still have not received it. The delivery has been just awful.
Awesome!!!! Amazing how complete the system was. Like Brewha thought of absolutely everything in our kit. First brew is bottled and waiting for sampling.
I’ve been brewing on a 5 gallon electric BIAB system for a couple years after years of all grain with coolers. With a dream of opening a small brewery, I moved up to the 22 gallon large BIAC. After looking at several different systems including Spike, Stout, Ruby & a few others, I kept coming back to BREWHA. The simplicity of the one vessel system and expand ability of this system just doesn’t seem to be beatable. I often brew alone and with a hoist added to my garage, I can easily do all of the steps alone. Weight is not an issue. Plus I can roll the vessel anywhere with ease. I did have a few hiccups on my first brew day and one of the main reasons I convinced my partners to invest in this system is Nathan’s unparalleled costumer service. I got confused at the start of the chilling process and plugged in things incorrectly. This caused the touch screen to short out. Looking back i just don’t know how I did what I did, except to say, I panicked at the wrong time. I called and left a message for Nathan on Sunday. 1st thing Monday morning he responded and a new part was in the mail that afternoon. He was incredibly understanding. My next brew went much better btw! There is a learning curve. Be careful when opening the dump valve. Grain tends to get stuck and whosh out if you open too quickly or you leave it wide open. It can make a mess.Once I have the SOP down I’m really looking forward to dialing in steps in ways I have unable to do in the past. You can get bigger systems for a similar price, but they do not have the same flexibility or small footprint of this system. I love it so far even with the mistakes and learning curve. I know I’m going to really love it when I have the process down. Thanks Nathan!! Great product!!
