Theses high flex, high temperature, food-grade, nylon braid and stainless steel coil reinforced silicone rubber hose products will not introduce flavor or odor to water or wort and are some of the best products for sanitary conditions. These products can withstand a temperature range from -40°C/°F to a high of 180°C/356°F and the stainless coil reinforced hoses can maintain roundness under almost a complete vacuum. These products pass FDA, RoHS, Reach, and Prop 65 requirements, and exceed SAE J20R3 Class A standards.

Being high temperature and food safe these silicone rubber tubing hoses are excellent for hot water and sanitary applications. And having high flex while being kink-resistant (for extra high kink-resistance choose the stainless coil silicone tube product at 0.75" and 1" sizes), it is great for the jacket hoses on the stainless conical fermenter products, Electric brew Kettle products or Condensing Assembly. Where products such as silicone rubber hoses are need to help ensure that pressure is not allowed to build up due to tube kinking (which could damaging a vessel) or where silicone tubing lines, like those going into pumps need to stay open, the stainless coil hoses are recommended as these products have high degree of flex while being very kink resistant. Caution should still be taken to ensure that the positioning of the silicone tubing hose does not encourage kinking especially when hose is hot (if kinking is a risk, choose the stainless coil silicone rubber hose products in 0.75" hoses and 1" hoses).

Proper tubing is harder to find that expected. Nice to know I can find the perfect tubing at BrewHa.

For what you need, these hoses perform perfectly. No other supplier can find hoses that meet these same requirements. Whats great about them, is their temp range, chemical resistance, kink resistance, strength under pressure, and flexibility. They are also semi transparent where you can see beer, wort, or foam in your beer hoses when transferring. A very quality product, perfect for any brew-ha and microbrewery production. Most other suppliers can not check the box of the high temperature braided silicone hose with the chemical resistance, very hard to come by and these hoses preform.
This is very high quality. It's a thicker wall hose, with braiding, so a person would think that it's not flexible, but this is far from the reality. This hose flexes well and deals with heat without an issue.
