Stainless Steel Mini Steam Condensing Assembly

This stainless steel 'shotgun' condenser assembly can be used for both knocking down steam during boiling wort and condensing spirits for producing alcohol. It is designed to connect directly to a lid port on BREWHA's 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 or 5-in-1 systems and is sized for Small (5 gallon / 20L) to Large (15 gallon/60L) batch size. By circulating cold tap water through the condenser shell or jacket, it efficiently cools and condenses the steam from boiling wort, or distillate vapor, allowing for collection of the final product (when distilling). 

Crafted from durable stainless steel, this assembly ensures sanitary operation, reliable thermal exchange, and seamless integration with your existing brewing or distilling equipment, making it an essential component for precise and efficient knock down of steam vapor. 

The following pieces are included:

• 19" * 2" condenser
• 90 degree by 2" TC 
• 45 degree by 2" TC
• 0.75" * 2" TC reducer
• 1.5" * 2" TC reducer
• four 2" TC clamps
• four 2" TC gaskets

Fittings for connecting chilling water to the jacket (has two 1/2" FPT couplings which needs two 1.5TC by 0.5" nipples) are not included with the 'Condensing Assembly Only' or 'Shotgun Condensor' but are included with the 'Complete Distillation Package' (see dropdown above).

The Complete Package includes the brewery Chilling Water Hose (connects cold water to condenser and takes waste water to the drain), a sight glass and the Reducing Tee Assembly.
