If not going with permanent polyurethane insulated BREWHA tanks, this removable neoprene rubber insulating jacket will keep your conical fermentor temperature more stable and reduce sweating when cold crashing or lagering.

Made in Canada, this jacket is carefully stitched and is made with high quality neoprene for better insulation and zippers that and allow for easy removal when the jacket is not needed.

Black neoprene rubber sheets are 2m (6.6') x 1m (3.3') by 3/16" with no adhesive and are perfect for a variety of applications. Made from high-quality closed-cell neoprene material, they provide excellent insulation and cushioning. With water-resistant and shock-absorbing properties, these versatile sheet are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

Neoprene fermenter-insulating jacket

We were having trouble getting our temperature down faster, and after speaking to Nathan, he recommended that we should order the neoprene jacket. We ordered one to help us get our temperature down faster, prior to pitching our yeast and to help us maintain the temperature in the fermenter to close to zero as possible with our chillers.We immediately witnessed a 2-3 degree drop. The Neptune insulating jacket is well made, fits great and tight around the fermenter and is easily installed, literally minutes. It’s easy to clean and has good quality zippers. We now have ordered a second one and can have multiple fermenters going at the same time in different stages of brewing. We highly recommend using the neoprene jacket and are very glad we did. The service and ordering from Brewha has been exceptional and shipping times were great being we are on the East Coast and Brewha is on the West Coast. Great Insulating Jacket

The jacket fits the medium system perfectly. Has helped maintain the chilling temp while fermenting and prevented condensation. Works as expected and as always I couldn't be happier with the Brewha as a company and it's well designed and engineered equipment.

High quality custom fit jacket, great for keeping the temps more stable while fermenting. This jacket along with the water jacket volume in the BIAC helps reduce cooling water use significantly. Zippers are placed well for quick easy installation.
