An Economical Alternative to Cold Room Storage
Go to the beverage chilling dispenser product page
A cold room for beer keg storage (or cold brew coffee or kombucha, or whatever beverage you have) is expensive to build, takes up a lot of floor space and serves all the different styles of beverage at the same temperature. This of course, is NOT how beer is intended to be served as different styles have different ideal serving temperatures to best bring out the qualities of the beer. In this video, we will be looking at a economical alternative to cold-room storage that takes up minimal space, is cost-effective, and allows you to serve each style of beer at its own temperature.
The BREWHA line of portable chilling dispensers are compact chillers that cool the beer right as it is being poured. This allows you to store your kegs anywhere and bring them into your serving area only when you need them. Several days of keg cooling in the cold room to bring the beer temperature down is not necessary, as the chilling dispenser cools the beer as it is poured. This means that the often expansive floor space taken up by a cold room can be put to other uses such as brewing beer or seating customers. Being portable, means that if you have an event outside of your serving area, you can easily take these chillers with you and set them up in minutes for serving delicious craft beer any and everywhere it is needed.
Cooling the beer right as it is being served means that electricity is only used to cool a very small area, not a large room. This results in more direct cooling application and reduced electrical consumption, saving you money. Add to this the expense of building a cold room, which can run in the tens of thousands of dollars and of course the rent money that goes toward the area the cold room takes up which annually can add thousands more, you end up saving a lot of money.
A temperature control knob on the front of the chiller, allows the user to set the temperature of the beer being poured, in a range between 3 and 12C (38 and 52F). They run on 120V power and can chill between 60 and 100 pints per hour. A port at the back of the chiller accepts a 9.5mm (3/8”) tube that connects your keg or serving tank directly to the Chiller.
The dispensing chillers can be mounted on a shelf with a front cut out to expose the entire chiller as we have done here, or, the front of the shelf can entirely cover the chillers, with only the temperature knob and the tap sticking through.
The Chillers are easy to assembly as they come complete, with only the tap attachment to be installed, and they have a removable tap handle so if you want, they can be replaced with a custom tap handle, unique to your brewpub.
These portable chilling dispensers are a cost-effective, elegant solution that will meet your beverage serving needs at your café, catering event, bar, pop-up or brewery, large or small.

Hi I’m planning on opening a small brewery in a few years and I’m interested in your equipment. The whole all in one setup I’m familiar with. Could you provide me a price list for a 3 bbl system? Thanks.
