Silicone and Teflon Sanitary TC Gaskets

Our collection of sanitary tri-clamp (TC) gaskets features high-quality silicone and PTFE (Teflon) materials, engineered for reliable sealing in sanitary applications. These gaskets are precisely sized to fit standard tri-clamp sanitary ferrules, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection essential in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing. 

Silicone gaskets offer excellent flexibility, providing an easier and more effective seal in various applications, while PTFE gaskets are prized for their durability, chemical resistance, and ease of installation. Both types maintain sanitary integrity, ensuring leak-free connections in brewing and food-grade systems.

Selecting the appropriate gasket type allows brewers to optimize sealing performance based on the specific requirements of their process and cleaning regimes. BREWHA offers six different sizes of silicone gaskets (0.75", 1.5", 2", 3", 4" and 6") and three sizes of teflon gaskets (1.5", 2" and 6"). Sizes of sanitary fittings are determined by the outside diameter, therefore the gasket or clamp outside diameter (OD) will be greater (for example, a 1.5" gasket has an OD of about 2").
