The Full-Bore Sanitary Ball Valve with tri clamp connectors is the easiest valve you'll ever clean. Completely disassemble, clean, and reassemble this valve, without tools in less than a minute. Perfectly easy for perfect sanitation.

This 304 Stainless valve comes with a higher pressure rating than a butterfly valve (particularly the least expensive resilient rubber kind), which means it is less likely to leak. 

1.5" tri-clamp compatible, non-retention (no cavity behind the valve to hide liquid), 0.875" full port or 1.375" full port (can be helpful for cleaning out whole leaf hops from the fermenter when dry-hopping), quick-disassembly, stainless steel ball valve. (Face to face dimension—4.5" / 11.5cm for the smaller and 5.75" / 14.5cm for the larger.)

been ordering for a several years

Great as always.. although...... I order valves every year, sometimes more, for a small ice cream manufacturing facility. Each time, the "boys" in the back get excited about who will receive the complimentary bottle opener that always comes with each order. This time.. no opener. Still 2 guys who have not received one. So sad.

Nice to be able to purge thick trub from the fermenter

After having dealt with thick, packed trub and hop solids in fermenters, it's very nice to be able to get the material moving without resorting to extreme measures. I also really like the design of all of the sizes of Brewha's valves in that they are held together with a tri-clamp and can be disassembled, cleaned and sanitized without any issues. Nathan also included a spare seal (unique to these valves) in each size with the package I purchased. I would recommend these valves to anyone who is looking to either purchase a BIAC from Brewha, or anyone who is building their own setups that use tri-clamps.

Purchased to ease the trub and hops dump

I have not used the valve yet do to the Never ending fire season this year, but the quality is there as always with a product from brewha. Seemed a little stiff when I opened it up, but I will break it down before my first brew day. Great addition to my medium BIAC!!! Thanks Nathan!!
