Kombucha 820L/220USG (7BBL) Complete Brewing System

This 820L/220USG 7BBL all-in-one stainless conical fermenter with heaters and power control is the simplest way to brew the best kombucha!

Includes:

• 1060L/28USG gross volume 5-in-1 fermenter
• Programmable, variable output, touchscreen power controller with five heater outputs
• Five premium stainless steel 9.5kW electric immersion water heaters
• Three 30L/8USG 600 mesh filter baskets

Running cold water through the fermentor jacket after boil enables more rapid cool down of tea. 

Boiling water in the same vessel that tea is brewed in ensures the environment is sanitary for the SCOBY and will result in the most consistent, best tasting kombucha. 

Note: The 7BBL system comes with a Programmable Touchscreen Controller that is hardwired into a 175A (3Ph) breaker panel. It can also be used to heat during fermentation (keep output below 3% during fermentation).
